As shown, three positions will be open for election in 2010; all sitting board members are eligible to run for re-election, and general nominations will be accepted through January 15. If the number of interested candidates is equal to the number of available positions, no formal election will be held and all will be appointed. Run off elections are conducted only if warranted by candidate interest.
